Program Description
We offer kids classes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The workouts are programmed similar to our regular WODs. We include weight lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in a fun way to keep your children engaged and learning new skills daily.
Each class is designed for the specific age group, and a coach is with the children at all times.
