FIT Camp is a boot camp where members come together 3 days a week to build strength and fitness. Our program is designed for those jumping back into a fitness routine to those who have been working out for years and want to have the camaraderie of a group to keep them motivated and on track.
Classes will meet each Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:30am – 11:30am.
