F.I.T. Camp

(Functional Interval Training)

 

FIT Camp is a boot camp where members come together Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, to build strength and fitness. Our program is designed for those jumping back into a fitness routine to those who have been working out for years and want to have the camaraderie of a group to keep them motivated and on track.  Our membership fee includes all 3 days, plus the option of our Saturday Team WODs at 9am with the CrossFit Murrieta Family.
