FIT Camp is a 6 week boot camp where members come together 3 days a week to build strength and fitness. Our 6 week program is designed for those jumping back into a fitness routine to those who have been working out for years and want to have the camaraderie of a group to keep them motivated and on track.
The next FIT Camp will begin on March 6, 2017 and classes will meet each Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:30am – 11:30am.
$150 per person or $200 for two people
