We offer classes for everyone to participate in. A coach is always present to answer any questions, help with form, and assist with scaling movements as needed.

5am, 6am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm*

WOD classes are the same throughout the day. You will have a warm-up/stretching session. Every WOD will begin with a review of all of the movements as well as the acceptable scaled movements.


*Fridays at 7pm are Open Gym ONLY

**M-F at 5pm are Open Gym, along with the scheduled Strength & Oly classes.  


(Mental Toughness Development)

6:30 pm


Never give up!  MTD is a workout that not only challenges your physical capabilities, but also your mental capabilities.  The classes are about 1.5 hours total, with the workouts lasting around 45 minutes.

Olympic Lifting

Tuesdays & Thursdays


Olympic lifting classes are designated to help you improve at olympic style movements which are the clean & jerk and the snatch. These classes are designed to work on your technique.

FIT Camp

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday


FIT Camp classes are high intensity group classes that focus on getting you back in shape.  You push yourself as hard as you need to, and our coaches are there to help guide you.  We focus more on high intensity, light weight and body weight movements to help you burn fat and build lean muscle.  



Come try yoga in a calm and relaxing environment.  Our yoga class is designed for you to relax and focus on stretching and mobility.  Please bring a towel or yoga mat if you have one!

Kids WOD

(Work out of the day)

We offer kids classes Monday through Thursday.  The workouts are designed just as our regular WODs are.  We include weight lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in a fun way to keep your children engaged and learning new skills daily.  Each class is designed for the specific age group, and a coach is with the children at all times.

Puppies (Ages 4-6) 4pm to 4:30pm

Pack (Ages 7-12) 4:30 to 5pm
