Classes

We offer classes for everyone to be able to participate in. You will always have a coach there for you if you have any questions or need to know how to scale a movement.

 
 

WOD

(Work out of the day)

WOD classes are the same throughout the day. You will have a warm-up/stretching session. Every WOD will begin with a review of all of the movements as well as the acceptable scaled movements.

MTD 

(Mental Toughness Development)

Tuesdays
6:30 pm

Fridays
9:30am

MTD is a workout that not only challenges your physical capabilities, but also your mental capabilities. Never give up! The classes are about 1.5 hours total, with the workouts lasting around 45 minutes.

Olympic Lifting

Tuesdays & Thursdays
7pm

Saturdays
8am

Olympic lifting classes are designated to help you get better at the olympic style movements which are the clean & jerk and snatch. These classes are designed to work on your technique.

Yoga

Tuesdays
8:15pm

Our Yoga class is designed for you to relax and focus on stretching and mobility.  Come try yoga in a calm and relaxing environment.  Please bring a towel or yoga mat if you have one!

Kids WOD's

(Work out of the day)

We offer 2 kids classes that allow your kids to get a workout in while you get a workout in. Our kids classes are Monday through Thursday. 

Puppies (Ages 4-6) 4pm to 4:30pm

Pack (Ages 7-12) 4:30 to 5pm
