WOD

Monday-Friday

5am, 6am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm*

 

*Monday, Wednesday & Thursday only.

  

COMP Class

(Competition Prep)

Tuesdays
6:30 pm

Whether you are looking to do competitions, or just a little extra workout, this class is for YOU! Since it is a high paced, action packed class you will need to have 6 months of CrossFit experience. The classes are about 1.5 hours total.

Olympic Lifting

Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00 pm

Saturdays
8:00 am

Olympic lifting classes, led by former three time national champion and nine time American record holder, Christina McClure. Come learn how to break down the technique and help you improve your clean & jerk and snatch. 

Kids WOD

We offer kids classes Monday through Thursday.  The workouts are programmed similar to our regular WODs.  We include weight lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in a fun way to keep your children engaged and learning new skills daily.  Each class is designed for the specific age group, and a coach is with the children at all times.

Little Kids (Ages 3-6) 4pm to 4:15pm

Big Kids (Ages 7-12) 4:15pm to 5pm
