Classes

 

We have classes for everyone. 

 

WOD

(Work out of the day)

Monday-Friday

5am, 6am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm*

 

WOD classes are the same throughout the day. Every WOD will begin with a review of all of the movements and the different scale options.

 

*Tuesdays and Fridays at 7pm are Open Gym ONLY

  

MTD 

(Mental Toughness Development)

Tuesdays
6:30 pm

Never give up!  MTD is a workout that not only challenges your physical capacity, but also your mental capacity.  The classes are about 1.5 hours total, with the workouts lasting around 45 minutes.

Olympic Lifting

Saturdays
8am

 

Olympic lifting classes break down the technique and help you improve your clean & jerk and  snatch. 

Yoga

Tuesdays
8:15pm

 

Come try yoga in a calm and relaxing environment.  Our yoga class is designed for you to relax and focus on stretching and mobility.  Please bring a towel or yoga mat if you have one!

Kids WOD

(Work out of the day)

We offer kids classes Monday through Thursday.  The workouts are programed similar to our regular WODs.  We include weight lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in a fun way to keep your children engaged and learning new skills daily.  Each class is designed for the specific age group, and a coach is with the children at all times.

Puppies (Ages 5-7) 4pm to 4:15pm

Pack (Ages 8-12) 4:15pm to 5pm
