1.  Tell us a little about yourself: Age? Occupation? Married/Single? Kids? Hello everyone, my name is Krystal. I'm 26, and I work at a retail luxury store. I am in a relationship and have no kids.   2.  What is your athletic background? Hobbies? In high school I did Cheer, Soccer, and swim.  After high school I started getting into lifting weights and working out. 4.  What are your favorite meals or "Cheat" foods? My favorite cheat meal would be Fried Pickles and Buffalo Wings   5.  What song do you hope comes on mid-WOD? Ed Sheeran- Shape of You Dropkick Murphys - Shipping off to Boston   6.  Favorite & least favorite CrossFit movements? Why? Favorite movement is any type of squat.  Least favorite movement are snatches simply because they are the hardest for me.

6.  Favorite & least favorite CrossFit movements? Why?

Favorite movement is any type of squat.  Least favorite movement are snatches simply because they are the hardest for me.

7.  What is your most recent PR? What is your next goal? My most recent PR was a C&J at 125.  My next goal is to get a bar muscle up.   8.  What keeps you coming back to CFM to achieve your goals? The Camaraderie and the coaches keep me coming back to Crossfit Murrieta.  I love the challenges as well as the motivation that they provide.   9.  Any advice to those who are just starting out? Have fun and enjoy the ride.  Show up and do the work and the results will follow. Always push yourself and don't be afraid to ask for help or advice.
