I am 15 years old and I go to Temecula valley high school. I live with my mom, dad, brother, and 3 dogs. 
 

 What is your athletic background?

I played soccer, basketball, football, and ran track.

Hobbies?

I love riding my dirt bike, snowboarding, camping, and being outside in general.
 

If you could program a WOD for CFM, what would it be? 

20 min AMRAP

•5 bar M/U

•10 squat cleans (heavy)

•50ft HS walk

•200m run
 

What are your favourite meals or "Cheat" foods?

My favorite meal is a chicken veggie bowl from Waba Grill but for a cheat meal, I love going to in n out.

 Favorite & least favorite CrossFit movements? Why?

My favorite movement is bar muscle ups and my least favorite is GHD sit ups because they tend to hurt my lower back.


 What is your most recent PR? What is your next goal?

I got 285lb on a back squat and I'm hoping to get 5 strict ring M/U soon.


 What keeps you coming back to CFM to achieve your goals?

I love working my body to the point where I can't work it anymore and having everyone around supporting each other and pushing you out of your comfort zone is amazing. 

Any advice to those who are just starting out?

Enjoy CrossFit and have fun with it. You will have good and bad days, its part of CrossFit and how it makes itself so unique. It teaches you to push yourself inside and outside the box. It will all pay off if you set your mind to it.
